What is W3 eService?

W3 eService was created to consolidate the billing and support functions for our companies; HostW3, W3 Contact and Autotinuous. We have not outsourced any of these services, only converted the billing and support software into a single system and website.

What name will show on my credit card or PayPal statements?

Starting in January 2010, we will change the billing name on our merchant accounts to show W3 eService as the provider. If you have a PayPal subscription setup, we will keep our PayPal acconts setup so you will not have to re-subscribe to our services.

How do I get support?

Active clients can get support by going to the Client Area and entering their email address and password to login. Once logged in, you will be able to submit a support request by clicking on the 'Submit Ticket' link on the right side. Once you have submitted a ticket, you will be notified of any updates to the ticket. You may also call us at (252) 362-0004.
